About Well-Being Manifesto
The Well-Being Manifesto Podcast is your trusted companion in translating science into sustainable self-care. It explores how we can live more purposefully, resiliently, and joyfully—across our personal, relational, and professional lives—by anchoring well-being in evidence, not trends. This podcast isn’t about hacks or hype. It’s about real lives and real change. Each episode offers clear, practical strategies rooted in the core elements of health, including physical vitality, emotional clarity, mental focus, and relational harmony. Whether you’re navigating burnout, recalibrating your daily habits, or striving for meaning in the midst of modern complexity, we bring grounded conversations that meet you where you are. Topics span nutrition, movement, sleep, mindfulness, social connection, and purposeful living—delivered in a way that is digestible, actionable, and deeply human.
The podcast is hosted by Dr. Moain Abu Dabrh and Dr. W. David Freeman—two clinician-researchers and changemakers who have spent their careers advancing whole-person care. Their lived experiences and professional insights converge in a powerful, compassionate voice for what it truly means to thrive. Together, they co-developed the MEDS™ and VIP-CWRE frameworks—science-backed models that form the backbone of the podcast and serve as a compass for individual and collective well-being, offering a roadmap that is meaningful, realistic, and regenerative.
Each episode features a blend of deep-dive interviews with leading thinkers, personal reflections, and hands-on guidance to help listeners shift from intention to sustainable implementation.
